A pattern of good works!

"But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine....that the word of God be not blasphemed. In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity, Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you." Titus 2:1 - 8

"...speak thou the things which become sound doctrine..."

Speak the things which goes along or are proper for a believer. Show that you know God, you’re sensible, and that you’ve faith, love, patience among other things.

"...that the word of God be not blasphemed..."

The christian faith is spoken against because of behaviours of some supposed great men of God who should instead show us a pattern of good works.

"...in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity,..."

"Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things." Titus 2:10

When you’re a servant of God, all you want is to make people believe in God, and it’s your doctrine/ contact you convince them with, "...in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity, not purloining nor beating them.

Paul says,

"For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre; But a lover of hospitality, a lover of good men, sober, just, holy, temperate; Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers. For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision: Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake. One of themselves, even a prophet of their own..." Titus 1:7-12.

This scripture is obvious showing how one you call apostle, prophet, bishop or pastor is a false teacher or prophet. It has said we know you, even by name, how your doctrine is false, you’re unruly, a vain talker and a deceiver, and you must be stopped.

But yourself my friend, become a pattern of good works; speak the things which goes along or are proper for a believer. Show that you know God, you’re sensible, and that you’ve faith, love, patience among other things.

The office of a bishop!

"A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach." 1 Timothy 3:2
You got to tick all the boxes to be a bishop, not to tick tick the only one box that suits you most, but all. It‘s not enough only to be able to teach whilst you fail on the other aspects. A bishop must be blameless and beyond reproach, the husband of one wife, self-controlled, sensible, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, not addicted to wine, not a bully, but gentle, considerate, and free from the love of money. Now consider also your leader, if he/she can teach, but falls short on the other characteristics then you should know you’re both liable to falling into the devil’s trap. How will he/she take care of the church of God while ethically wrong?
Paul says, "These things write I unto thee, hoping to come unto thee shortly: But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, …

Who are you following?

Each and every one of us will follow someone, however the person you follow will either lead you to fulfil your potential or will lead you to the wrong place.
Who are you following? A deaf-blind leader always lead someone into a ditch. Paul said, "Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour." Ephesians 5:1-2
He reminds us of who to follow and that person is none other than God himself who’s to lead you until you encounter his purpose and will.
Following God will lead you to a new birth with Jesus, and life in the spirit. You never go wrong with his plan. But if you follow people they’ll lead you to all uncleanness; idolatry, covetousness and fornication. "For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope..."Romans 8:20.

"Be not ye therefore partakers …

Christ in you the hope of glory!

God created all things by Jesus Christ, "In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him" Ephesians 3:12
Faith, not your own, but that we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him, Jesus Christ our Lord.
By the faith of him, "the dispensation of the grace of God", was given to us also. Paul says, "by revelation he made known unto me the mystery...Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed...by the Spirit." Ephesians 3:3-5. The revelation is unique my friend.
He wrote also saying, "Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ." Ephesians 3:8-9. We don’t just fellowship anyway anyway but we’re enlightened, an…
