Love the brotherhood

"I hear of your love and of your faith which you have toward the Lord Jesus and toward all the saints (God's people). I pray that the sharing of your faith may become effective and powerful because of your accurate knowledge of every good thing which is ours in Christ" Philemon 1:5-6.

People should hear good things about you, only good news, your LOVE towards all saints, and  your FAITH in Christ. As a believer, keep breathing love, unleash all your potential, and continue to trust in the Lord, and in his people, that the communication of your faith may be effectual. Paul says, "Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men" 2 Corinthians 3:2.

Acknowledge all the graces of God in you, put them to use, and remember "the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal" 1 Corinthians 12:7. Where you love, love to the end. Don’t forget Jesus, "having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end"  John 13:1. You too see that you serve God, not half heartedly, but "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself" Luke 10:27. Your services for God must be delivered to your  uttermost ability!

Paul said to Philemon, "For we have great joy and consolation in thy love, because the bowels of the saints are refreshed by thee, brother" Philemon 1:7. Be kind, not because you have to, but because you want to.

Love the brotherhood; welcome others, forgive and nourish them, and the blessing of our Lord Jesus Christ will be upon you.

Sit down, Martha!

The story of Martha and Mary tells us that there are two types of Christians out there; where one is a worshipper and another is a waitperson or server. You can choose what you want to be, that’s to be a worshipper or server. But listen to this before you do; " Now it happened as they went that He entered a certain village; and a certain woman named Martha welcomed Him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus' feet and heard His word. But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she approached Him and said, "Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Therefore tell her to help me." And Jesus answered and said to her, "Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her. "" Luke 10:38-42. Mary chose the best part, to sit down at his feet and not be worried, frustrated, confused and troubl

What do you want to see in a 21st century church?

I wanna see the glory of the Lord come in the temple! Once again, that when I come in the temple, behold, the whole place "is most holy," Ezekiel 43:12, and the glory of the Lord is full in the Temple. I like this verse; “Seven days they shall make atonement for the altar and purify it, and so consecrate it. When these days are over it shall be, on the eighth day and thereafter, that the priests shall offer your burnt offerings and your peace offerings on the altar; and I will accept you,' says the Lord GOD,” Ezekiel 43:26-27. Now, "…make atonement for the altar and purify it, and so consecrate it…and I will accept you," says the Lord. There is a river, healing waters; "flowing from under the threshold of the temple," Ezekiel 47:1. "This water flows toward the eastern region, goes down into the valley, and enters the sea. When it reaches the sea, its waters are healed. And it shall be that every living thing that moves, wherever the rivers go, wi

The people of Israel

The journey of the people of Israel is a fascinating story, and understanding it could possibly make your own life story too. It began when God called Abraham, and said to him, " Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and come into the land which I shall shew thee " Acts 7:3. He obeyed, and he left and lived in Haran, in a country they now call Israel. But God, gave him no " inheritance in it, no, not so much as to set his foot on: yet he promised that he would give it to him for a possession, and to his seed after him, when as yet he had no child " Acts 7:5. So, God promised that eventually the whole country would belong to him and his descendants, but these descendants of his would leave the land and live in a foreign country and there become slaves for 400 years. He said  I will punish the nation that enslaves them, and afterwards they will return to this land of Israel and worship me here. Later, Isaac was born, and Isaac had Jacob, and Jaco
