Suffer the little children

Let the little children come to me!

"And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them. But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein. And he took them up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and blessed them." Mark 10:13-16 KJV.

The kingdom of God belongs to such as these who receive the message of the kingdom of God like a little child. For such is the kingdom of God prepared from the foundation of the world that they may enter there in. It has been prepared for all regardless of age, gender, sex, ethnicity or creed.

There is so much to learn from little children, for they receive the kingdom of God quite easily, with no trouble at all. If they’ll not, is because they have been denied or hindered. Jesus said let the children come also - Don't stop them, don’t stop anyone either.

He said, the “Kingdom of God,” referring to God’s rule over one’s life, belongs to such as these, and unless one receives God’s rule with a childlike faith and dependence upon God, he will never enter His kingdom.

The disciples thought time could be better spent with adults, but Jesus took the children in His arms instead and blessed them. No one should be pushed away, but when they come bless them instead.

God bless,
Laurence

Who is a blind leader?

And they sought to lay hold on him, but feared the people: for they knew that he had spoken the parable against them: and they left him, and went their way. And they send unto him certain of the Pharisees and of the Herodians, to catch him in his words. And when they were come, they say unto him, Master, we know that thou art true, and carest for no man: for thou regardest not the person of men, but teachest the way of God in truth: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not? Mark 12:12-14 KJV.
They came to Jesus saying flattering things about him, and all they wanted was to trap him.
When they came, they said; He was truthful and didn’t care what anyone thinks,He was not partial to any, he did not regard the person of men, but  that he taught the way of God truthfully, and then they asked, Is it lawful to pay taxes to Caesar or not? Although it’s true Jesus was truthful, that he taught the way of God truthfully and does not show partiality, but it’s not true that he doesn’t care what…

Called to be sons!

We’ve all been called to preach, to proclaim or tell the Good News of the Kingdom of God. He won’t change His mind about what He has called us to do, to go tell unbelievers that there is God. So let’s all obey God and answer the call to preach and  help people get saved.
We have to be faithful, obedient, and patient in order to fulfil God’s call. God may temporarily lead you to do something. That doesn’t mean the gift is gone or that the calling has disappeared, because the gifts and callings of God are without repentance. In other words, God doesn’t change His mind!
According to 1 Corinthians 12:27, you and I are the Body of Christ and members in particular. Each member has a role to play in the Body, and yourself my friend must know what God has called and gifted you to do.
You may not have heeded or discovered God’s call on your life in the past, but that call is still there my friend. The gifts and callings of God are without repentance! Make a decision today to stir up the gift with…

What defiles a man

What defiles a man?
CERTAINLY
"Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man." Matthew 15:11
BUT
These are the things which defile a man;
"those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man..... evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies" Matthew 15:18-19.
Who is a blind leader?
Hear and understand;
Any who teach for doctrine the commandments of men is a blind leader, these are they who Jesus said, "in vain they do worship me" Matthew 15:9.
What are commandments of men?
The commandments and doctrines of men are rudiments of this world, which aren’t spiritual put by men  to have you submit to their regulations, things such as saying; "Touch not; taste not; handle not; Which all are to perish with the using" Colossians 2:21-22. These things have a reputation for wisdom but promote only self-made religion, …
