Jesus went to the temple, and he sat down and began to teach for many people had gathered.
Then the scribes and the Pharisees interrupted him when they brought a woman who was caught in adultery, making her stand in the center. He dealt with the issue and her accusers left, and he told his audience, "You judge by human standards. I judge no one,"John 8:15.
That’s the problem with Church today; Paul says, "I can testify about them that they have zeal for God, but not according to knowledge. Since they are ignorant of the righteousness of God they have attempted to establish their own righteousness, but have not submitted to God's righteousness. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes," (ref; Romans 10:2-4).
Anyway, Jesus continued with his plan to teach and He said, "I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life" John 8:12.
Why do a I post so much like this? It’s so that you may not walk in darkness.
Why is the believer or the church Today walking in darkness? It is because they have established their own righteousness, (Touch not; taste not; handle not) They’re busy teaching things which are not of any value, but all that are taught are the commandments and doctrines of men which profits little. These have a show of wisdom but is only promoting self-made religion, false humility, and punishing of the body. He said you’re busy judging one another by human standards I judge no one. And as often as you do, you interrupt the teachings of Christ. Always remember my friend, that "bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come." The Lord says, "It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life" John 6:63.
"Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" John 8:31-32.
He said, "If anyone keeps My word he shall never taste death," but if you will not, then dearth is in your own pot.
