I have also called My mighty ones!

Isaiah saw in the spirit the end of times, he saw our days and said;

"Behold, the day of the LORD comes, Cruel, with both wrath and fierce anger, To lay the land desolate; And He will destroy its sinners from it," Isaiah 13:9.

But before it is the end, the Lord will muster an army for battle, and that battle is on my friend.

First he wants you to be part of that army who will "Lift up a banner on the high mountain, Raise your voice to them; Wave your hand, that they may enter the gates of the nobles," Isaiah 13:2.  That banner is the good news of Jesus Christ that you and me have to bring to the nations.

He wants you to;

  1. Lift up a banner on the high mountain, i.e., to let our light so shine before all men.
  2. Raise our voice, i.e., preach, teach, proclaim the glad tiding of the kingdom of God to them.
  3. Wave our hands, i.e., direct people to salvation.

It is a command my friend, actually He said, "I have commanded My sanctified ones; I have also called My mighty ones for My anger - Those who rejoice in My exaltation." Isaiah 13:3. Preaching is not a choice, it is an order. We’ve no choice but to obey the orders.

After the gospel is preached then comes judgement; the wrath of the Lord; He will then destroy the whole land, and the prophet says, "Wail, for the day of the LORD is at hand! It will come as destruction from the Almighty," Isaiah 13:6.  It’s the Lord’s doing, his wrath and fierce anger will come on to the fallen angels and the lost souls. He said, "I will punish the world for its evil, And the wicked for their iniquity; I will halt the arrogance of the proud, And will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible," Isaiah 13:11. No one will escape God's judgement, each one of us, great or small.

I said the Lord will muster an army for battle, and we saw above how he wants us to be part of that army.  But the second group here are His angels, "Who will not regard silver; And as for gold, they will not delight in it. Also their bows will dash the young men to pieces, And they will have no pity on the fruit of the womb; Their eye will not spare children," Isaiah 13:17-18.  He said "I have also called My mighty ones for My anger - Those who rejoice in My exaltation." In the book of revelation we see these angels enacting

In the days of the Lord the end of the world is imminent, it's coming soon even on Babylon, "Her time is near to come, And her days will not be prolonged," Isaiah 13:22.

Babylon is the kingdom of this world, which the Lord will destroy.  The king of Babylon is none other than the Lucifer the devil who "shall be brought down to Sheol, To the lowest depths of the Pit," Isaiah 14:15.

But rejoice my friend, not because Satan is defeated, "that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven."Luke 10:20.

John said, "And the Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely," Revelation 22:17.

The church is the bride saying, "Come!" And you who hears is saying the same, "Come!" He’s coming to give "you rest from your sorrow, and from your fear and the hard bondage in which you were made to serve,"Isaiah 14:3.

Sit down, Martha!

The story of Martha and Mary tells us that there are two types of Christians out there; where one is a worshipper and another is a waitperson or server. You can choose what you want to be, that’s to be a worshipper or server. But listen to this before you do; " Now it happened as they went that He entered a certain village; and a certain woman named Martha welcomed Him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus' feet and heard His word. But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she approached Him and said, "Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Therefore tell her to help me." And Jesus answered and said to her, "Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her. "" Luke 10:38-42. Mary chose the best part, to sit down at his feet and not be worried, frustrated, confused and troubl

Why is finding God so difficult?

  God says, ‘Here I am’ My hands stretched all day long for you, but “... when I called, you did not answer; When I spoke, you did not hear, But did evil before My eyes, And chose that in which I do not delight," Isaiah 65:12. He said you’ve walked in a way that is not good, i.e. according to you own thoughts. That’s why I "was found by those who did not seek Me." ‘Here I am!‘ The good thing with God is he reveals himself to you, but sadly we choose not to see, seek, listen nor to find him. To “find God” is an expression that can mean different things to different people. For some, is getting religion, whatever religion that may be. For others, to “find God” means to “clean up one’s life,” usually with his help. In any case, to “find God” involves a change in someone’s attitude and behaviour. Biblically speaking, to find God means to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. It is only through Jesus that anyone can come to God (John 14:6), and receiving Christ results in a

You are a chosen generation

Reverend Muzembi  " Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded " 1 Peter 2:6 KJV Christ, is very precious to God. He is a chief corner stone upon this spiritual house God is building. You’re precious to God too, and " as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ " 1 Peter 2:5. We’re priests, who offer to God those things that please him - you matter so much to God. Christ is precious to you who believe in God through him, for without him we can do nothing, all our royalty is because him, and to those who reject him still he’s  precious, that when iniquity abounds they may fall. But you are not like them, for  through Christ you have been chosen by God himself, you are God's very own - all this so that you may show to others how God called you o
