Bring forth fruit

He expects you to bring forth good grapes! " What more could have been done to My vineyard That I have not done in it? Why then, when I expected it to bring forth good grapes, Did it bring forth wild grapes? " Isaiah 5:4. The church is the Lord’s vineyard, He has planted it on a very fruitful hill, where it is well looked after, and you’re the choicest vine, the planting of the Lord. He expects you to bring forth fruits of holiness, righteousness, justice, or " to bring forth good grapes ," Isaiah 5:2. He’ll be disappointed if went don’t produce good fruit. He asked, " What more could have been done to My vineyard That I have not done in it? " That when I  expected it to bring forth good grapes, that it has brought forth wild grapes? For this reason Jesus came, for in the days of the Lord, " in that day the Branch of the LORD shall be beautiful and glorious; And the fruit of the earth shall be excellent and appealing For those of Israel who have esc

The word that I saw

The word that Isaiah the son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem , Isaiah 2:1.  Isaiah saw a word, while others were filled with eastern ways, or were influenced with the things of this world; with idolatry, soothsaying, politics, with fear of men and the pride of life. Isaiah instead chose to look upon the word of God, and behold it took him in the distant future where he saw the day of the Lord. Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock , Matthew 7:24 NKJV. God isn’t looking for hearers only my friend. He is looking for doers of the word, for those who hear and do. He wants us to " hear the word, accept it, and bear fruit: some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred. " Mark 4:20. Hearers only, are those who when they hear the word, Satan comes immediately and takes away the word that was sown in their hearts, or those who immediately receive the Word with gladness; but because they don’t practice what they hear, they have no root in themselves, and so endure only for a time. Afterward, when tribulation or persecution arises for the word's sake, immediately they stumble, and some of course are those who hear the word, but the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things enters in to choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful in them.  But He
