"I do not know," usually is what the Cain spirit is quick to say.
But the welfare of your brother, your kinsman is your responsibility my friend, specially if you want God to be respectful to your offerings.
Jesus said, "if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift," Matthew 5:23-24. But today’s believer offers it anyway, regardless of how they cause emotional pain, harm or hurt others’ feelings.
Why would you be angry on your brother? The LORD said to Cain, "Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen? If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it," Genesis 4:6-7.
Yes my friend, rule over sin; ungodliness, anger, unloving, and the unforgiving spirit of Cain.
When he would not listen to the voice of God, he was worse, and never spoke kindly to his brother and later killed him.
Where is your brother? Where’s your sister? What have you done to them that they hurt so?
Any chance you could be your brother’s/sister’ keeper? How you maintain relations could be key or hindrance to your prayers.
God bless you,
