Ho! Ho! Ho! Everyone

Why do you spend money for what is not bread, And your wages for what does not satisfy?

It’s because your leaders want you to do so, but "My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways," says the LORD. "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts," Isaiah 55:8-9.

With God, salvation is free! The price was on Jesus, and 2000 years ago God accepted the offering of his blood - it was enough. God said nations "shall run to you, Because of the LORD your God," not because for any other reason, your money, your wages nor tithing, but because of the sure mercies of David shown them.

He said, "as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, So shall My word be..." Isaiah 55:10 - 11. Freely you received, and freely give.

He rebuked the leaders who exploit the gospel, and said don’t become like thorns in flesh, briers but become the right planting of the Lord, the cypress trees and myrtle trees together, i .e., be there for his name, "For an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off,” Isaiah 55:13.

He said, "Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the LORD, And He will have mercy on him; And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon," Isaiah 55:7.

Sometimes such a simple gospel upsets someone but in Genesis 4:6-7 The Lord said to Cain, "Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen? If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it."

Ho! Everyone, Come to the waters; Come, buy and eat. Yes, Without money and without price.

What happens if you buy something from the shop and it doesn't work?

If you didn't get your item as described, get a refund. ... You will be a fool to continue placing orders from the same seller, worse who does not fulfil orders. No point continuing to spend money for what is not bread, and your wages for what does not satisfy. Do not keep on getting scammed by these prophets of deceit.

Why do you spend money for what is not bread, And your wages for what does not satisfy? Isaiah 55:2

You can't just brush off some questions - they deserve answers.

Why do you spend your wages on what is not bread, on what does not satisfy?

You will never come to the knowledge of truth if you brusquely dismiss or ignore these questions.

The Lord says, listen carefully to me, incline your ear and come to me, and eat what is good.

If you are to spend your money, then spend it on what is good, that true, honest, just, pure, lovely, and on that satisfying. However, the invitation to abundance life is to everyone thirsty and with no money. He says, "Ho! Everyone who thirsts, Come to the waters; And you who have no money, Come, buy and eat. Yes, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price," Isaiah 55:1.

Peter said to Ananias, "why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the price of the land for yourself?" Acts 5:3. He said Simon, "Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money,” Acts 8:20. The price of salvation is of blood, not gold or silver. If you think salvation is bought even by works then you’re deceiving yourself. Jesus said look to me and you shall be saved. Isaiah 45:13 says, "I have raised him up in righteousness, And I will direct all his ways; He shall build My city And let My exiles go free, Not for price nor reward," Says the LORD of hosts.

The price of redemption is the precious blood of the lamb. He said, "You shall not bring the wages of a harlot or the price of a dog to the house of the LORD your God for any vowed offering, for both of these are an abomination to the LORD your God," Deuteronomy 23:18

Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.

Happy Easter!

God bless you,

Laurence

Sit down, Martha!

The story of Martha and Mary tells us that there are two types of Christians out there; where one is a worshipper and another is a waitperson or server. You can choose what you want to be, that’s to be a worshipper or server. But listen to this before you do; " Now it happened as they went that He entered a certain village; and a certain woman named Martha welcomed Him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus' feet and heard His word. But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she approached Him and said, "Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Therefore tell her to help me." And Jesus answered and said to her, "Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her. "" Luke 10:38-42. Mary chose the best part, to sit down at his feet and not be worried, frustrated, confused and troubl

Why is finding God so difficult?

God says, ‘Here I am’ My hands stretched all day long for you, but “... when I called, you did not answer; When I spoke, you did not hear, But did evil before My eyes, And chose that in which I do not delight," Isaiah 65:12. He said you’ve walked in a way that is not good, i.e. according to you own thoughts. That’s why I "was found by those who did not seek Me." ‘Here I am!‘ The good thing with God is he reveals himself to you, but sadly we choose not to see, seek, listen nor to find him. To “find God” is an expression that can mean different things to different people. For some, is getting religion, whatever religion that may be. For others, to “find God” means to “clean up one’s life,” usually with his help. In any case, to “find God” involves a change in someone’s attitude and behaviour. Biblically speaking, to find God means to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. It is only through Jesus that anyone can come to God (John 14:6), and receiving Christ results in a

You are a chosen generation

Reverend Muzembi  " Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded " 1 Peter 2:6 KJV Christ, is very precious to God. He is a chief corner stone upon this spiritual house God is building. You’re precious to God too, and " as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ " 1 Peter 2:5. We’re priests, who offer to God those things that please him - you matter so much to God. Christ is precious to you who believe in God through him, for without him we can do nothing, all our royalty is because him, and to those who reject him still he’s  precious, that when iniquity abounds they may fall. But you are not like them, for  through Christ you have been chosen by God himself, you are God's very own - all this so that you may show to others how God called you o
